Vanna White Has Two Grown Children — And They Look Just Like Her

View gallery

Our favorite letter-turner, Wheel of Fortune‘s Vanna White, is a familiar face that everyone knows — but many fans don’t know much about her personal life, especially her children. The 60-year-old game show icon has two, a daughter named Gigi, who’s 20, and a son named Nikko, who’s 23 — and they all look quite similar to their famous mom.

Vanna’s two kids are from her first and only marriage to George Santo Pietro, a restaurant owner she was with from 1989 to 2002. Although she’s now dating current beau, contractor John Donaldson, the divorce wasn’t easy for Vanna or her children. After the split, she got engaged to California businessman Michael Kaye in 2004, but called it off after less than a year. However, these days she’s “happy just the way things are,” she exclusively told Closer Weekly.

As for her kids, her son Nikko has been in the news lately because of a relationship he’s formed with a Liberian man named Jaycee Akinsanya. “Jaycee and I have a special relationship. It’s the closest I’ve ever been with anyone,” Nikko said in 2013. “I have had one girlfriend and never had a real boyfriend. We are just happy to be together, loving each other in whatever way possible. Gay? It’s possible.”

On his Facebook, there are several photos of Vanna, Nikko, and Jaycee lovingly hanging out together, proving how supportive Vanna is of the partnership. “My mom and dad like Jaycee,” he said. “They don’t think he is a demon.”
