Grated zucchini stirred is the secret to these moist and juicy bites

Ditching the frying pan for the oven keeps things healthy and mess-free. The key ingredient? Shredded zucchini! Not only does this budget-friendly addition stretch the ground beef, but it also sneaks in some extra vitamins and moisture. And no, without affecting the taste or texture. The protein-rich meatball mixture mixes with a sweet, smoky and utterly addictive barbecue glaze, elevating them to a whole new level of flavor.
Experiment with different barbecue sauce flavors like sriracha for a kick or chipotle for a smoky touch, making this barbecue-glazed meatballs recipe a crowd-pleasing and healthy option for any occasion.
