Easy Barbecue Pork Ribs Recipe Is Sticky, Smoky and Fall-Off-the-Bone Delicious

And we have the perfect dish that will make anyone drool: our smoky and sweet barbecue pork ribs recipe! Picture sticky, juicy and melt-in-your-mouth tender meat thanks to low and slow cooking over 2 hours. Plus, we include an easy homemade barbecue sauce to brush them with that tastes so much better than the bottle. Serve these with a side of Sheet Pan Mac n Cheese or Grilled Corn on the Cob for the ultimate family barbecue spread.

When making this barbecue pork ribs recipe, opt for baby back ribs (they cook faster) or spare ribs (more marbling). And don’t underestimate the power of a good spice rub! Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. molasses
  • 2 Tbs. less-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 slab pork spareribs, 4 lbs.
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions

• In a small pot, combine ketchup, vinegar, molasses and soy sauce. Over medium heat, bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring often, until thickened, about 5 min. Cool. Cover; chill until ready to use.

• Prepare the grill for medium indirect heat cooking. Remove tough membrane on underside of ribs.

• In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt. Rub all over ribs; grill over indirect heat, covered, until starting to brown, 15 min.; flip. 

• Cover; cook until tender, about 2 hrs., brushing with half of sauce several times during last 20 min. of cooking time. Let stand for 10 min. Serve with remaining sauce.
